Loyola University New Orleans employees who incur bona fide occupational related injuries or illnesses shall be entitled to all necessary medical and hospital care. Injured employees who miss more than seven days of work, and are found eligible, will also receive compensation for a portion of their lost wages. Work-related accidents must be reported to the Office of Risk Management immediately.

Injured employees should complete Loyola's Accident/Injury Report. An injured employee's supervisor must complete a Supervisor's Accident Investigation Report. Upon submission, these forms will be automatically routed to the Office of Risk Management.
